Natural technology inside the gelato

CoreInside® is the cutting-edge natural technology that takes care of your artisanal gelato. It is a system that synergistically combines the action of a complex of vegetable fibers and vegetable or animal proteins, with the aim of managing the structure of the gelato from its fundamentals: Water, Emulsions, and Air. CoreInside® takes care of your gelato: from the gelato maker, to the display case, to the palate.

 

THE_ONE

The_ONE is performance

In the heart lies the entire performance of Core_Inside. The first high-performance core with natural technology, within Artisan Gelato. A complex system of plant fibers, structural proteins, and aerators control the gelato's structure, managing it over time.

You choose the base structure of the gelato (smooth, short, long, etc.) by selecting the thickeners. THE_ONE takes charge of it and manages it from the moment it exits the batch freezer until it reaches the palate.
