Salted Butter Caramel Kit

Butter Salted Caramel is one of the most appreciated international flavours by gelato lovers.

Henri Le Roux was the one to create the salted caramel recipe in 1977 and then proceeded to trademark it with the French acronym CBS (“Caramel Beurre Salé”) and to commercialise his now world-famous sweets.
